Your journey from darkness to light begins here.

 

Step 1: Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation

Every journey begins with a small step. During this free phone or video call, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you here and make sure we’re the right fit to work together. There’s no pressure, just a chance to connect. If it turns out I’m not the right match, I’ll help guide you toward someone who is.

 

Step 2: Schedule Your First 60-Minute Session

If we decide to move forward, we’ll meet for your first full session. Together, we’ll begin unfolding your story, making sense of symptoms, and identifying the patterns that keep you stuck. This is where clarity and direction start to take shape.

 

Step 3: Begin the Healing Work

This is where the light starts to rise. With care and consistency, we’ll work to process your past, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward real emotional freedom. Healing isn’t linear, but you don’t have to do it alone.
